Fritz, a friend of mine from dead.net, has been posting his “Random Top Ten” on his facebook account… random music that he’s been enjoying on his ipod. I like the idea, so here’s a partially annotated random sampling of music I’ve had on shuffle:

Annotation:

1.) Buddhi introduced me to it on the way back from Rani’s funeral
2.) First heard by Haji at the Bass Nympho’s ball and loved ever since.
3.) First heard by Steve Osborn at Burning Man in ’98 and played in constant rotation ever since.
4.) Pretty much my all-time favorite album and the definitive rock and roll turbo-charging of Robert Johnson’s blues.
5.) Pop that got stuck in my head on the way back from symbiosis ’06 that I haven’t yet shook.
