		<description>Welcome to what I&#039;ve been thinking for a while.  Actually, the Pakistan thing was going on under Dubya as well, but it&#039;s still distressing.  

Now onto the hope thing.  On one hand it&#039;s true Obama will be better than Bush.  However, we all know that politicians, even those claiming to have the best intentions, will try to compromise on our rights and what we want to happen unless we constantly put the pressure on them to make sure they do the right thing.

The last thing we can do is just keep quiet and let the government do whatever it feels like.  The last eight years have taught us that much.
